Course content and TESOL certification
This 4-module course is approx. 180 study hours and typically take between 2-6 months to complete. However, many of our students are balancing work/life commitments, so we allow up to 18 months for course completion. Please see the Course outline for details of what is covered.

The course is graded by continuous assessment. There are short tasks and in-depth activities throughout the course with exam questions at the end of each module. A qualified EFL tutor will mark your answers and is available if you require any further help. Your final award is graded on the following scale: A, B or Pass and this is shown on your Global English Certificate and your written assessment which acts as a reference.

Your Global English Certificate of Educational studies in TESOL with TEYL will state your grade (A, B or pass) along with your written assessment, which acts as a reference.

You will also be awarded an ACTDEC level 2 Certificate of Educational studies in TESOL.


Eligibility
Open to all native and non-native speakers with good written and spoken English. In general, all applicants should have university level entrance qualifications, (such as A-levels or HS Diploma) or above, although we welcome applications from those with other life skills.
