We provide both English and Mandarin tuitions for students to learn at their own pace. For example, students can name some specific language skills or a certain field of knowledge in advance and our instructors can prepare tailor-made lessons accordingly. Lessons can be conducted in our centres or at any place suggested by students. Schedule and frequency of lessons are flexible.

Details of Free Private Teachers Referral Service

Arrangement of Teachers
EUREKA LANGUAGE EDUCATION CENTRE will arrange suitable teachers according to students' preference and education level. We promise to recommend passionate, responsible and qualified teachers to suit the needs of every single student.
Replacement of Teachers
If students request for a replacement of teacher because of special circumstances or dissatisfaction with the teacher, Eureka is more than happy to arrange another teacher. Please note that student must submit this request before the end of the first 4 lessons. After this period, Eureka will not be responsible for any rearrangement of teachers.
Information of Teachers
All the information of teachers provided by Eureka is only for the use of private tuition. Any other unauthorized usage is prohibited. The genuineness of the information has been verified, however, students/parents may re-verify upon request.

Terms of Privacy
According to the HKSAR Ordinance no. 486 Relating to Personal Inforamtion (Privacy), personal information of students is totally confidential. The collection of students' information and data is only for completing the teacher referral service. Eureka would NOT disclose, sell or rent students' personal information under any circumstances.

Co-operation Relationship
A referral-based relationship exists between Eureka and students, which means there is no employment relationship between the referee and teachers. If students terminate the service within the first month, unless rearranged by Eureka, otherwise, the student must not hire the same teacher for similar service within the next half year. If this situation occurs, Eureka will persue our loss according to regular proceedings.
Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the student to protect themselves within the tuition period. Eureka will not be responsible for any physical injuries, psychological trauma or economical loss caused by the illegal or improper behavior between the teachers and students.
Application Method
Students may submit the form above or contact us within office hours (9am - 6pm). Eureka will arrange a suitable teacher according to students' needs as soon as possible.
